Compliance with EBA Guidelines on credit risk management and expected credit losses accounting by credit institutions (EBA/GL/2017/06)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on credit risk management and expected credit losses accounting (EBA/GL/2017/06). These guidelines are applicable to credit institutions subject to ACPR supervision, which must take all necessary measures to ensure full adherence. This declaration fulfills the requirements set forth in Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
