The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on credit risk management and expected credit losses accounting (EBA/GL/2017/06). These guidelines are applicable to credit institutions subject to ACPR supervision, which must take all necessary measures to ensure full adherence. This declaration fulfills the requirements set forth in Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
NOTICE Compliance with the EBA Guidelines on credit risk management practices and the accounting of expected credit losses by credit institutions (EBA/GL/2017/06) The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the Guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2017/06) on credit risk management practices and the accounting of expected credit losses by credit institutions, attached to this notice. These Guidelines are applicable to credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
