Information Circular 13 of 2007: Extension for Electronic Submission of 2006 Annual Financial Statements
The South African Financial Services Board extends the deadline to 31 March 2008 for the mandatory electronic submission of 2006 annual financial statements by pension funds and administrators. While small funds may submit unaudited reports per previous circulars, all entities must utilize the regulator's specified electronic filing guidelines.
