Decree of NBS No 18/2018 amending Decree No 13/2017 on supervisory reporting
Národná banka Slovenska issued Decree No 18/2018 to amend the supervisory reporting requirements for banks and foreign bank branches. The decree introduces a new report on internalised settlement, removes specific existing reports, and extends reporting obligations to branches abroad. It also updates Annex definitions to reflect liabilities rather than claims and sets effective dates in January and March 2019.
