Decree of NBS No 18/2018 amending Decree No 13/2017 on supervisory reporting

1 18 DECREE of Národná banka Slovenska of 18 December 2018 amending Decree No 13/2017 of Národná banka Slovenska on reporting for supervisory purposes by banks and branches of foreign banks Národná banka Slovenska, in accordance with Section 42(2) and Section 45(5) of Act No 483/2001 on banks (and amending certain laws), as amended, has adopted this Decree: Article I Decree No 13/2017 of Národná banka Slovenska of 12 December 2017 on reporting for supervisory purposes by banks and branches of foreign banks (Notification No 337/2017) is amended as follows:

1. In Section 1(1), subparagraph (j) is replaced by the following: ‘(j) Report on settled transactions Ocp (BMO) 16-99 prepared in accordance with other legislation; 1 ’.
2. In Section 1(1), subparagraph (l) is deleted. Subparagraphs (m) to (r) are renumbered (l) to (q).
3. In Section 1(1), the following subparagraph (r) is added: ‘(r) Report on internalised settlement Ocp (IVT) 21-04 prepared in accordance with other legislation. 1 ’.
4. In Section 1(2), subparagraph (i) is deleted. Subparagraphs (j) to (m) are renumbered (i) to (l).
5. In Section 1, paragraph 3 is deleted.
6. In Section 2(2), the words ‘(l) and (n)’ are replaced by the words ‘(m) and (r)’.
7. In Section 2(3), the words ‘(m), (o) to (q)’ are replaced by the words ‘(l), (n) to (p)’.
8. In Section 2(5), the word ‘(r)’ is replaced by the word ‘(q)’.
9. In Section 2(7), the words ‘(d) to (j)’ are replaced by the words ‘(d) to (i)’.
10. In Section 2(8), the words ‘(k) to (m)’ are replaced by the words ‘(j) to (l)’.
11. In Section 2(9), the words ‘(o) to (q)’ are replaced by the words ‘(n) to (p)’.
12. In Section 3(1), the words ‘Section 1(1)(a) to (k) and (m) to (r) and (2)(a) to (h) and (j) to (m)’ are replaced by the words ‘Section 1’.
13. In Section 3, paragraph 2 is deleted. Paragraphs 3 to 20 are renumbered 2 to 19.

2 14. In Section 3(2), the words ‘4 to 8’ are replaced by the words ‘3 to 7’. 15. In Section 3(2), the following subparagraph (d) is added: ‘(d) for branches abroad.’. 16. In Section 3(3), the following subparagraph (c) is added: ‘(c) for branches abroad.’. 17. In Section 3(4), the following subparagraph (d) is added: ‘(d) for branches abroad.’. 18. In Section 3(14), the word ‘(m)’ is replaced by the word ‘(l)’. 19. In Section 3, paragraph 15 is deleted. Paragraphs 16 to 19 are renumbered 15 to 18. 20. In Section 3(15), the word ‘(n)’ is replaced by the word ‘(m)’ and the word ‘(j)’ is replaced by the word ‘(i)’. 21. In Section 3(16), the words ‘(o) to (q)’ are replaced by the words ‘(n) to (p)’ and the words ‘(k) to (m)’ are replaced by the words ‘(j) to (l)’. 22. In Section 3(17), the word ‘(r)’ is replaced by the word ‘(q)’. 23. In Section 3, a new paragraph 18 is inserted after paragraph 17 as follows: ‘(18) The statement referred to in Section 1(1)(r) shall be submitted within ten working days after the day as at which it is prepared.’. Paragraph 18 is renumbered 19. 24. In Section 3(19), the words ‘3 to 13 and 15 to 17’ are replaced by the words ‘2 to 12, 14 and 15’. 25. In Annex 1, line 10, the words ‘from line 5: non-performing’ are replaced by the words ‘from line 6: non-performing’. 26. In Annex 1, line 11, the words ‘from line 5: problem’ are replaced by the words ‘from line 6: problem’. 27. In Annex 3, line 25, the words ‘claims on natural persons’ are replaced by the words ‘liabilities to natural persons’. 28. In Annex 3, line 26, the words ‘claims on legal persons’ are replaced by the words ‘liabilities to legal persons’. 29. Annex 5 is replaced by Annex 1 to this Decree.
