Regulation to Amend Regulation 13-102 Respecting System Fees
The regulator amends Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees to update terminology within Appendix A. Specifically, the amendment replaces references to Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids with Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids, Issuer Bids and the Early Warning System. This change aligns the system fee schedule with the current naming conventions for the relevant securities regulations.
REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 13-102 RESPECTING SYSTEM FEES Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (21))
- Appendix A of Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees (chapter V-1.1, r. 2.2) is amended by replacing all occurrences of “Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids”, in column B of item 10, by “Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids, Issuer Bids and the Early Warning System”.
- (1) This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation). (2) In Saskatchewan, despite paragraph (1), if this Regulation is filed with the Registrar of Regulations after (indicate here the date of coming into force of this Regulation), this Regulation comes into force on the day on which it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
