CHANGES TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 81-101 RESPECTING MUTUAL FUND PROSPECTUS DISCLOSURE

  1. Section 2.1 of Policy Statement to Regulation 81-101 respecting Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure is changed by replacing “management reports of fund performance” in the second paragraph of subparagraph (2) of paragraph (3) by “fund reports”.
  2. Section 2.4 of the Policy Statement is changed: (1) by replacing “Management Reports of Fund Performance” in the title by “Fund Reports”; (2) by replacing “annual management report of fund performance” by “annual fund report”, “interim management report of fund performance” by “interim fund report” and “management reports of fund performance” by “fund reports”.
  3. Section 2.7 of the Policy Statement is changed by replacing “management report of fund performance” in paragraph (2.1) by “fund report”.
