The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-07 to standardize the electronic transmission of regulatory information across five existing instructions. The directive mandates that all specified reports and data submissions be communicated via teletransmission in electronic format according to the procedures defined in this new instruction. This measure aims to streamline reporting requirements and takes effect on July 1, 2025.
Instruction No. 2025-I-07 amending Instructions No. 2020-I-08, No. 2023-I-01, No. 2023-I-09, No. 2023-I-10 and No. 2024-I-01
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR), Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Article L. 612-24; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee of April 3, 2025, DECIDES
Article 1: The articles of the instructions referred to below are replaced by the following provisions:
1° The last paragraph of Article 2 of Instruction No. 2020-I-08 of July 8, 2020 is replaced by the following provisions: "Information communicated to the ACPR must be communicated via teletransmission in electronic format under the conditions set by the instruction of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority No. 2025-I-07".
2° Article 6 of Instruction No. 2023-I-01 of April 13, 2023 is replaced by the following provisions: "In the context of their submission to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, the information described in Articles 2 and 3 must be communicated under the conditions set by the instruction of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority No. 2025-I-07. In the case where the reports presented in Articles 4 and 5 must be transmitted in the form of several separate electronic documents, all these documents must be communicated in accordance with the procedures set by the aforementioned instruction".
3° Article 4 of Instruction No. 2023-I-09 of July 17, 2023 is replaced by the following provisions: "In the context of their communication to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, the information described in Articles 2 and 3 must be communicated under the conditions set by the instruction of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority No. 2025-I-07".
4° The last paragraph of Article 4 of Instruction No. 2023-I-10 of July 17, 2023 is replaced by the following provisions: "In the context of their submission to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, the information described in Articles 2 and 3 must be communicated under the conditions set by the instruction of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority No. 2025-I-07".
5° Paragraph II of Article 8 of Instruction No. 2024-I-01 of January 10, 2024 is replaced by the following provisions: "In the context of their submission to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, the information described in Articles 2 to 5 must be communicated under the conditions set by the instruction of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority No. 2025-I-07. "In the case where the information presented must be transmitted in the form of several separate electronic documents, all these documents must be communicated in accordance with the procedures set by the aforementioned instruction".
Article 2: This instruction shall enter into force on July 1, 2025. Paris, May 26, 2025
