The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2025-I-07 to standardize the electronic transmission of regulatory information across five existing instructions. The directive mandates that all specified reports and data submissions be communicated via teletransmission in electronic format according to the procedures defined in this new instruction.
