Privacy

RegAlert is run by PKHR GmbH. This page says what we store about you, why, and how to get it removed. If anything here is unclear, write to ask@regalert.today.

What we store

• Account. When you sign in, our sign-in provider (Clerk) stores your email address, name if you gave one, and the sign-in method. We use it to recognise you and to send the alerts you asked for.
• Alerts and follows. The regulators, jurisdictions and topics you follow, and the alert emails we sent you (delivery status only, not the content).
• Agents and usage. If you connect an AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or anything else speaking MCP), the agent signs in with your account through OAuth. We keep a ledger of every paid document read (which document, when, which tool) and your credit balance. We do not see your conversations with the agent — only the calls it makes to us.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store the amount, the time and Stripe's reference for each payment.
• Site analytics. Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train models. We do not read your agent's conversations.

Who processes data for us

Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery). Each holds only what its job needs.

How long

As long as you have an account. The payment ledger is kept as long as tax law requires (in Germany, ten years). Alert delivery records are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can see your balance and usage on the account page and your follows on the alerts page. To get a copy of everything we hold, or to have your account and data deleted, email ask@regalert.today from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days. Under the GDPR you can also complain to a data-protection authority.

The documents themselves

The regulatory documents on RegAlert are public publications of the regulators named on them. They contain no data about you.
