Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

RegAlert is run by PKHR GmbH. These terms cover regalert.today, the email alerts and RegAlert for Agents (the MCP server and the REST interface at mcp.regalert.today). By using any of them you accept these terms. Questions: ask@regalert.today.

What RegAlert is

RegAlert is an alerting and research tool. It collects the documents that financial regulators publish and adds an English summary, a translation where the original is in another language, a date and topic tags. It is not legal advice.

The documents

  • The documents are public publications of the regulators named on them. The authoritative text is always the regulator's own, and every document links to it.
  • The summaries, translations, dates and tags are made by RegAlert. They can contain errors and they do not replace the document. Check the regulator's source before you rely on a text.
  • Coverage is not complete. A document can be missing or can appear late. That a document is on RegAlert does not mean that the regulator endorses RegAlert.

Your account

You need an account to read full texts, to get alerts and to connect an AI agent. Use an email address that is yours and keep your sign-in to yourself. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done through your account, also by an agent that you connect to it. What we store about you is on the privacy page.

Fair use

  • Access is free with an account, under fair use. An agent that reads full texts at bulk scale is paused until the next day; search keeps working.
  • Do not scrape the site, and do not go around its limits or its bot protection. The MCP server and the REST interface are the way for software to read RegAlert.
  • You may use what you read in your own work and quote it with a link to the document. You may not copy or republish RegAlert in bulk, or resell access to it, without a written agreement. For bulk or commercial access write to ask@regalert.today.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RegAlert correct and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, free of errors or always online. We can change or end a feature, and we can close an account that breaks these terms. When these terms change, the new text and its date are on this page.

Liability

You decide what to do with what you read here, and you check it against the regulator's source. As far as the law allows, PKHR GmbH is not liable for loss that comes from the use of RegAlert. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.

Law

Swiss law applies. If you use RegAlert for your business, the courts at the seat of PKHR GmbH decide disputes. Rights that the law gives you as a consumer stay as they are.
