Palestine Monetary Authority Circular 2025/168: Upgrade of the National Key System PNS194
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular 2025/168 to notify all banks in Palestine of a scheduled upgrade to the National Key System PNS194. The system will be completely suspended from 23:45 on Thursday, December 11, 2025, until 08:00 on Friday, December 12, 2025, affecting ATM and POS services. Banks are required to inform their customers and commercial establishments about the service interruption and provide contact details for coordination by December 9, 2025.
