Subject: Upgrade of the National Key System PNS194

As part of the continuous efforts undertaken by the Palestine Monetary Authority to develop the infrastructure of payment systems and to enhance the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of these systems, it has been decided to upgrade the current live version of the National Key System PNS194 at the Palestine Monetary Authority. This upgrade will take effect from the evening of Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 23:45 until 08:00 on the morning of Friday, December 12, 2025. The system will be completely suspended during this period. Accordingly, compliance with the following is requested:

1. Inform customers and commercial establishments about the suspension of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Point of Sale (POS) services via the National Key System during the aforementioned period.

2. Provide the necessary human resources from the member's side for follow-up with the Palestine Monetary Authority team and to address any incidents that may arise during the upgrade process.
