De-Listing of Aksys Capital SAL from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon has officially written off Aksys Capital S.A.L. from its Financial Intermediary Institutions list following the company's formal request and board approval. This de-listing, registered under number 14, satisfies all statutory criteria outlined in Law No. 161 of 2011 and Decision No. 26 of 2018.
