Announcement No 47 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/8/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to decision No. 26 dated 12/2/2018 related to the publication of the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions for the year 2018, Pursuant to the decision of the Capital Markets Authority’s Board No. 5/9/18 taken in its meeting held on 30/7/2018 related to the approval of the writing-off of “Aksys Capital S.A.L.” from the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions, Pursuant to the request submitted by “Aksys Capital S.A.L.” to the Capital Markets Authority on 16/11/2018 regarding its writing-off from the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions, And after reviewing the documents submitted to the Capital Markets Authority and confirming that the legal requirements for the said writing off are met. Decides the following: First: "Aksys Capital S.A.L." registered under number 14 on the list of Financial Intermediary Institutions shall be written-off from said list.
