155-2-1-.07 Examination Fees
The Alabama regulatory authority establishes examination fees payable at the close of each exam for various financial acts including small loans, mortgage brokers, and pawnshops. Fees range from $100 for desk examinations to $400 for pawnshop inspections, with additional charges for consolidated licenses. Licensees conducting exams outside Alabama must also cover reasonable travel expenses for the Administrator or their representative.
