Non-bank Deposit Takers (Fisher & Paykel Finance Limited) Exemption Notice 2016
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand issued this notice to exempt Fisher & Paykel Finance Limited from specific governance requirements under the Non-bank Deposit Takers Act 2013. The exemption is conditional on the company remaining a wholly owned subsidiary of FPF Holdings and maintaining at least two autonomous directors on its governing body.
