Regulation to Amend National Instrument 55-102 Regarding SEDI and SEDAR+
The regulator amends National Instrument 55-102 to replace references to the legacy SEDAR system with the new SEDAR+ platform across definitions and forms. Specifically, the definition of a SEDI issuer is updated to align with Regulation 13-103, and all instances of SEDAR are substituted with SEDAR+ in Forms 55-102F1 and 55-102F3. These changes come into force on June 9, 2023, with a delayed effective date for Saskatchewan filings submitted after that date.
