Regulation to amend Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids
The regulator amends Regulation 62-104 respecting Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids to include Cboe Canada Inc. in the list of designated exchanges under section 4.8. This modification updates the regulatory framework to recognize Cboe Canada Inc. alongside the TSX Venture Exchange for the purposes of the specified securities legislation. The amendment is scheduled to come into force on September 19, 2025, with a specific provision allowing for a later effective date in Saskatchewan if filed after that deadline.
