The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing General Licenses 3A, 4, and 5 under the Western Balkans Stabilization Regulations. General License 3A authorizes transactions involving agricultural commodities, medicine, and medical devices with specific blocked entities, while General License 4 permits the wind-down of transactions with those same entities. General License 5 authorizes transactions related to the manufacture and distribution of drinking water pumps by Kaldera Company EL PGP d.o.o.
