Regulation to amend Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations drafted by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update continuous disclosure requirements under the Securities Act. These amendments formally migrate reporting obligations from the legacy SEDAR system to the new SEDAR+ platform by replacing all references to the old system and its website with the corresponding SEDAR+ identifiers. The changes also modernize terminology by replacing phrases like 'electronic format' with 'electronically' across various sections and forms of Regulation 51-102. The regulation came into force on June 9, 2023.
