Circular 22/2003: Calendar for Submission of Prudential Returns
The Office of the Deputy Governor - Operations issued Circular 22/2003 to establish the mandatory submission schedule for prudential returns for all commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions throughout 2004. The directive outlines specific monthly due dates from January 13, 2004, through January 14, 2005, and requires all filings to be delivered on diskettes. Financial institutions will incur a daily penalty of K100,000 for any late, inaccurate, or completely missing submissions.
