The Office of the Deputy Governor - Operations issued Circular 22/2003 to establish the mandatory submission schedule for prudential returns for all commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions throughout 2004. Please note that a penalty of1<100,000 per return per day will be incun"ed for any delayed
