CVM Instruction 612 (Revoked)
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction 612 to amend, add, and revoke provisions within CVM Instruction No. 505 of 2011 while simultaneously revoking CVM Instruction No. 380 of 2002. Following its publication in the Official Gazette on August 22, 2019, the regulation underwent subsequent modifications via CVM Instruction 618/20. The instrument was ultimately fully revoked by CVM Resolution 35/21, rendering it no longer in effect.
