Notice on Filing Annual Returns and Documents for Qu ébec Life and Health Insurers for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2023
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires all authorized Québec life and health insurers to electronically submit their annual returns, audited financial statements, actuarial reports, and compliance attestations for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Filings must be completed via AMF E-Services according to the detailed formats and deadlines outlined in the attached appendices, with most documents due within 60 days of year-end. Failure to submit complete and timely filings exposes insurers to monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
