Draft Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 44-101 respecting Short Form Prospectus Distributions
Canadian securities regulators amended Policy Statement to Regulation 44-101 to mandate the electronic transmission of documents through the Renewed System for jurisdictions outside Quebec. The updates replace references to the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) with the Renewed System across sections 1.10, 3.1, and 3.2.1 of the policy. These changes align regulatory filing requirements with the phased implementation of the new system as prescribed by Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement.
