Guidelines for Reporting on the Processing and Turnover of Euro Banknotes and Coins
The National Bank of Serbia issued these Guidelines to regulate how payment service providers and authorised exchange dealers report euro banknote and coin turnover. These entities must submit electronic data and notifications regarding their processing activities, machine inventories, and organizational unit details to the NBS Cash Department. The rules entered into force in November 2019 and became applicable starting 1 January 2020.
