Chairman's Decision No. 816 of 2022
The Chairman of Egypt’s General Authority for Financial Supervision issued Decision No. 816 to extend the financial statement submission deadline for complex companies listed on or supervised by the Egyptian Exchange from March 31, 2022 to May 31, 2022. This extension applies specifically to companies meeting the Authority’s complexity criteria and is grounded in existing capital market, non-banking financial instruments, and exchange listing regulations.
