Regarding extending the submission period for financial statements of complex companies having securities listed on the Egyptian Exchange and companies subject to the supervision and oversight of the Authority
Chairman of the General Authority for Financial Supervision
Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992
and its executive regulations and decisions issued in implementation thereof;
and Law No. 10 of 2009 issued regulating supervision over markets
and non-banking financial instruments;
and the Presidential Decision No. 192 of 2009 issuing the Basic Law
of the General Authority for Financial Supervision;
and the Authority's Board of Directors Decision No. 11 of 2014 regarding listing and delisting
rules of securities in the Egyptian Exchange;
DECIDES:
(Article One)
The submission period for financial statements of complex companies having securities listed on the Egyptian
Exchange and companies subject to the supervision and oversight of the Authority for the financial period ending
on March 31, 2022 is extended to May 31, 2022.
(Article Two)
This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette, and on the electronic websites of both the Authority
and the Egyptian Exchange, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance date.
