Regulation to amend Regulation 81-102 respecting Investment Funds
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 81-102 respecting Investment Funds. The amendment introduces a defined "reference settlement date" to replace fixed business day calculations in Section 9.4, allowing mutual funds to determine settlement timing in writing.
