RG 137 Constitution requirements for schemes registered before 1 October 2013

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission issued this guide to explain constitution content requirements under the Corporations Act for registered managed investment schemes established before 1 October 2013. It is intended for responsible entities of these schemes and their advisers to clarify regulatory expectations regarding scheme constitutions. The document also notes that applications for relief must be submitted through the ASIC Regulatory Portal starting from 27 July 2020.
