The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 162-A to register the newly approved Rules of the C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia Limited Liability Company Social Investment Fund. This regulatory action follows a petition submitted by the asset management company on 28 August 2025 and is based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution enters into force on the day following its delivery to the company or its authorized representative.
