ON REGISTERING THE RULES OF “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SOCIAL” INVESTMENT FUND AS APPROVED IN THE NEW EDITION

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2, Article 16, and point "e" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

T aking into account that “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 28 August 2025 with a petition to register the Rules of “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” Limited Liability Company “Social” Investment Fund as approved in the new edition;

B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 40 dated 10 September 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the Rules of “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” Limited Liability Company “Social” Investment Fund as approved in the new edition.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by said Company in accordance with the established procedure
