Notice of Repeal of Interim Guidance Under the Consumer Loan Act and Mortgage Broker Practices Act

The Washington Department of Financial Institutions has repealed interim guidance document CLAMB-24-01, which previously established a 60-day grace period for Q1 2024 Mortgage Call Report filings. This action removes the temporary filing accommodation issued under the Consumer Loan Act and Mortgage Broker Practices Act. The repeal is effective immediately as of the notice date of February 3, 2026.
