Compliance with EBA Guidelines on the Establishment and Maintenance of National Lists or Registers of Credit Managers under Directive (EU) 2021/2167
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the establishment and maintenance of national lists or registers of credit managers. This compliance is effective as of December 30, 2024, in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010. The register of credit managers is accessible on the ACPR website.
