ADVICE Compliance with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on the establishment and maintenance of national lists or registers of credit managers under Directive (EU) 2021/2167 The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's (EBA/GL/2024/02) guidelines on the establishment and maintenance of national lists or registers of credit managers. These guidelines are applicable as of December 30, 2024, by the ACPR, which must do everything in its power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
