Draft Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements

The regulator issued draft amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements to reduce regulatory burden for investment fund issuers. The changes modify Section 5A.4 by replacing references to specific ETF websites with the standardized term 'designated website'. These updates streamline disclosure requirements by allowing ETFs to make fund profiles available on their designated websites rather than specific URLs.
