CSA Notice regarding Coordinated Blanket Order 13-930 Exemptions from certain filing requirements in connection with the launch of SEDAR+
The Canadian Securities Administrators issued Coordinated Blanket Order 13-930 to provide exemptions from filing requirements during the cutover period for the launch of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval +. The order grants filers an extension to submit documents required by SEDAR+ until two business days after the system becomes available, while also permitting alternative transmission methods for urgent filings. These exemptions apply only to documents mandated for SEDAR+ and do not relieve filers of obligations to issue news releases or deliver documents to securityholders.
