The Superintendence of Securities Registration (SRE) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) informs the market how interactions with the SRE System should be conducted during the period of temporary unavailability of CVM systems, between 8 PM on June 3 and 8 AM on June 8 .
Guidelines
Lead coordinators or intermediary institutions (in the case of public tender offers) of public offerings must follow the guidelines already published through CVM/SRE Circular Letter 2/2026 , which sets out the procedures to be observed in the event of systemic unavailability.
Important
Exceptionally for the period of this system interruption , it will not be necessary to comply with the provision of item (iii) of the aforementioned Circular Letter:
Send to the support email evidence that the SRE System was unavailable throughout the day, demonstrating such situation in at least four attempts spaced by at least 1 hour, one of which after 6 PM.
The technical area also alerts that there is a scheduled operational return of CVM systems to 8 AM on June 8. Participants are responsible for keeping track of the matter, so that the extraordinary procedure is followed only if systemic unavailability is verified to continue.
