Amendments to Policy Statement 11-201 Respecting Electronic Delivery of Documents

Canadian securities regulators have amended Policy Statement 11-201 to streamline the electronic delivery of documents. The revisions repeal specific paragraphs in Sections 3.1 and 3.3 while replacing outdated phrasing to remove redundant references to the SEDAR system. These updates clarify filing obligations for market participants and modernize the policy's delivery framework without altering its substantive requirements.
