Capital Markets Authority Announcement No. 64: Trading Restrictions for Banks and Specialized Banks
The Capital Markets Authority and Central Bank of Lebanon require all banks and specialized banks to publish their unaudited third-quarter 2019 financial statements by December 31, 2019. Until publication, these statements are classified as inside non-public information, triggering a trading prohibition under the Market Conduct Regulation for any party possessing them. This announcement takes effect immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette and applies to all securities traded by the affected institutions.
