COBAC Circular LC 34/2008: Template for the Annual Report on Internal Control and Risk Monitoring
The Central African Banking Commission (COBAC) issued Circular LC 34/2008 to mandate a standardized template for the annual internal control and risk monitoring report. All CEMAC credit institutions must utilize this template when preparing their reports, starting with the 2008 fiscal year submission.
