I hereby transmit, attached hereto, the drafting template for the annual report on internal control, risk measurement and monitoring, established pursuant to Article 47 of COBAC Regulation R-2001/07 on internal control in credit institutions.

This document was developed to standardize the presentation and content of these reports and enable credit institutions to submit to the COBAC General Secretariat an annual report on internal control, risk measurement and monitoring that complies with both the letter and spirit of the aforementioned Regulation.

You are requested to judiciously use said template when preparing your institution's annual report on internal control, risk measurement and monitoring, starting with the report for the year 2008.
