Notice on Filing Interim Returns and Documents for Québec Damage Insurers for the Six Months Ending April 30, 2024
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires all damage and reinsurance insurers authorized in Québec to electronically file their interim P&C and Minimum Capital Test returns via AMF E-Services. Filings for the six-month period ending April 30, 2024 must be submitted within forty-five days of the semester's end and accompanied by signed compliance attestations. Failure to submit complete, timely, or accessible documents may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
