The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control published General License 10 to authorize the wind down of transactions involving specific persons blocked under the International Criminal Court-Related Sanctions Regulations. This license permits transactions ordinarily incident and necessary to winding down dealings with Al Haq Law in the Service of Mankind, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, and their majority-owned entities through October 4, 2025. The authorization is contingent upon any payments to blocked persons being made into blocked interest-bearing accounts located in the United States.
