Notice of the Authority Relating to Filing of Interim Returns for Quebec P&C Insurers – Half Year Ending April 30, 2019
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires Quebec-licensed property and casualty insurers to electronically file signed interim returns, Excel files, and compliance attestations for the half year ending April 30, 2019. All submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services by June 14, 2019, with physical copies retained at the insurer’s premises for potential examination. Failure to submit these documents within the prescribed timeframe subjects insurers to administrative monetary sanctions under section 405.1 of the Act respecting insurance.
