The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published General License 5A to authorize specific transactions otherwise prohibited by the Western Balkans Stabilization Regulations. This license permits the manufacture, distribution, operation, installation, and maintenance of pumps intended solely for drinking water treatment or distribution by Kaldera Company EL PGP d.o.o. and Elpring d.o.o. Laktasi. General License 5A, which became effective on November 6, 2024, supersedes and replaces the previous General License No. 5.
