REVISED GUIDELINES ON THE REGISTRATION OF BOND PRICING AGENCIES

The following table provides a summary of key amendments to the revised Guidelines on the Registration of Bond Pricing Agencies (Guidelines) issued on
19 December 2022:
A. Overview
- In conjunction with the rollout of the Electronic Application System (EASy) to registered persons, the Guidelines have been revised to facilitate changes
in processes and submission of online forms under EASy for greater operational efficiency.
- Housekeeping amendments throughout the Guidelines to provide greater clarity and consistency. These amendments include stylistic or formatting
changes and necessary changes of an editorial nature such as renumbering and rephrasing of certain requirements and contents, standardisation of
terminology, updating of information, grammatical corrections, and alphabetical order.
