Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations 2018
The Minister for Finance, Trade and Economic Planning of Seychelles issued the 2018 Gambling (Fees) Regulations to establish standardized application and licence charges for interactive, casino, and slot machine operators. The framework mandates application fees between SCR 15,000 and SCR 50,000, alongside licence fees starting at SCR 300,000 for interactive operators and SCR 1,000,000 for casinos with additional per-table and per-machine surcharges. Renewal charges replicate the initial licence rates, while fixed fees of SCR 500 and SCR 10,000 govern document copies and business interest procurement applications.
