Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations, 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Seychelles Gambling Act, 2014, the Minister for Finance, Trade and Economic Planning, in consultation with the Authority makes the following Regulations —
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations, 2018.
2. The application fee for applying for licences shall be as follows —
(a) Interactive gambling licence: SCR 50,000 (b) Casino licence: SCR 25,000 (c) Slot machine licence: SCR 15,000
3. The licence fee payable by the licensee shall be as follows —
(a) Interactive gambling licence: SCR 300,000 (b) Casino licence: SCR 1,000,000 plus SCR 3,500 for every casino table above 10 casino tables and SCR 2,500 for every slot machine. (c) Slot machine licence: SCR 2,500 per slot machine.

4. (1) The licence fee payable on renewal of a licence under section 30 of the Act shall be the same amount as specified in regulation 3.
(2) (a) The fee payable for copy or extract of application, objection, response or information specified under section 8(1) of the Act shall be SCR 500.
(b) The fee payable for an application for procurement of an interest in a business into which a licence relates, specified under section 19(5) of the Act shall be SCR 10,000.
